This existing backyard garage was desired to be removed and replaced with a two-story detached accessory dwelling unit with attached garage.

The project currently under construction provides close to 350 SF of ground floor kitchen, great room and dining nook, with a 550 SF second level with two bedrooms and a bathroom. An attached garage was designed into the two-story plan.
